Terms of Service
Last updated: Feb 26, 2026
1. Service Agreement
By applying to and engaging Ying Yang Entertainment ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms governing our algorithmic activation and marketing services. Our services are highly selective, and applying does not guarantee acceptance into a campaign.
2. Spotify Compliance and Methodology
We pride ourselves on full compliance with the terms of service of all major streaming platforms. We strictly prohibit and do not use bots, click farms, or artificial stream manipulation. Our service is designed to trigger organic recommendation algorithms through highly targeted, niche playlist placements connecting real listeners with your tracks.
3. Artist Expectations and Guarantees
- Results may vary significantly based on track quality, existing audience data, and overall algorithm reception (e.g. skip rates, save ratios).
- While our internal data shows high historical success rates for approved campaigns, we do not and cannot legally guarantee a specific number of streams, monthly listeners, or playlist additions such as Discover Weekly or Release Radar.
- We reserve the right to decline applications that we assess as not ready for algorithmic scale or not musically aligned with our network capabilities.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain 100% ownership of your master recordings and copyrights. We claim no ownership share or royalty percentages from the streams generated during our campaigns unless specifically negotiated in a separate, written distribution or label agreement.
5. Limitations of Liability
Ying Yang Entertainment operates as a marketing service provider. We are not liable for actions taken by Spotify, Apple Music, or distribution platforms (like AWAL, Too Lost, or DistroKid) against your account, as our methods explicitly adhere to their organic growth guidelines. Any violation resulting from third-party services you use concurrently is strictly your responsibility.
6. Revisions
We may modify these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in algorithmic ecosystems and platform rules. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
